1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OneMind (the "App"), developed by Trace ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, or using OneMind, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using OneMind on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OneMind is a personal productivity application that provides tools including, but not limited to:

• Task and project management
• Habit tracking and streaks
• Scheduling and calendar integration
• Note-taking and journaling
• Focus mode and timers
• AI-powered coaching and productivity insights
• Customization of appearance and layout

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of OneMind, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@getgetonemind.app if you suspect unauthorized access

You may not share your account with others or create accounts using automated means.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

OneMind offers a free tier and optional premium subscriptions ("OneMind Premium"). Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OneMind to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Tamper with or circumvent any security features
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in OneMind (tasks, notes, habits, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal content to third parties.

You are solely responsible for the content you create. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. AI Coach

OneMind includes an AI-powered coaching feature. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate guidance, the AI Coach:

• Is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• May occasionally produce inaccurate or unhelpful suggestions
• Should be used as a productivity tool, not as a health or wellness provider

Use of the AI Coach is subject to your agreement not to input sensitive personal data such as health records, financial information, or confidential business secrets.

8. Privacy

Your use of OneMind is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in OneMind — including the app design, code, graphics, trademarks, and AI models — is owned by Trace or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in OneMind.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OneMind is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of OneMind, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by following our account deletion process. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of OneMind after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trace is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
